Knowing God, Finding Hope, Sharing Freedom!

Our Leadership Team here at Abundant Grace, over the last year, has worked tirelessly to pray and fast and hear God's voice in creating a 3-year strategic plan than includes our new Mission: 

Knowing God, Finding Hope, Sharing Freedom.

Pastors Message: 

So much of what we do is based in our relational life and foundational beliefs.  But what do our beliefs and relationships tell us about ourselves?  Are we heading in a healthy direction?  Are things going as we set out for them to go?  What would we change if we could?  Do you see your own potential, or are you too busy just surviving?  As a church we went through a journey that brought us to these same questions.  We have come through this journey and realized some amazing things that God wants to do through us as a church, and we hope you will join us as we continue this journey.

God's plan for each of us is to have relationship with Him, His people, and those who do not yet know Him.  Jesus said it this way, "For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother."  (Matthew 12:50)  Through these relationships we have the opportunity to speak into each other's lives and learn through guided direction from God's Holy Bible.  Thank  you for taking this time to begin the relationship.  Come along, and have a cup of coffee (or maybe tea).  Sit and talk a while.  Join in the groups and build up your understanding of what it means to truly be "Christian" as God's Word teaches.

Through this journey, I want you to CONNECT, GROW SERVE, GO and WORSHIP with who I beileve to be an amazing group of people!

FINDING HOPE

Colossians 1:3-6  "We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all the saints-the faith and love that spring from the HOPE that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel that has come to you."

SHARING FREEDOM

John 8:36 "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."

Our Mission is upward toward God, really KNOWING intimately in every way our Creator. 

Our Mission is outward toward our brothers and sisters in the local church, FINDING HOPE as we grow in our faith. 

Our Mission is outward toward the whole world (starting in our own community), SHARING FREEDOM, freedom from hurts, hang-ups and habits, freedom from those things that keep us believing the lies that we are somehow not worth loving. 

God loves us.  We can live loved.  We can live free from these hassels and sins.  We  can truly live, KNOWING GOD, FINDING HOPE, SHARING FREEDOM!
